Making Memories

My dear friend Sara and her husband Danny finally had a chance to hold miss Lily.

My boys were watching Daniel Tigers neighborhood and all decided that the best seat was the piano....

Lily giggled for me. It was the most adorable thing I've ever seen.

We went on a little hike (If you could call it a hike) by Alpine loop, really we just walked around the parking lot and touched the beginning of a few trails. The kids loved roaming about. Lily slept the entire time.

Sarah has been requesting horse riding lessons. I finally found an affordable place. Here she is riding Aladdin.
The twins helped me de-weed/de-grass my flower beds. There is a garden cart under that pile! Our yard was a weed lot when we bought the house. I've carefully researched the plants we have as they've grown, and finally have been able to tame the lilacs, irises, Japanese maple, hens nest, poinies. Sadly, the roses were beyond help-we replaced them, but I think I killed two new rose plants already. And as always- grass is the hardest weed to get out of flower beds, but at least I'm still trying.

Twins emptied the cart!

 We played with trains.

 My little sweetheart.

Giggles and Music

Lily enjoys music. She looks about happily whenever I play.

Of course, my boys like the piano too.

Trying to take out the cannula! She giggled for me, I had no idea that I needed to hear that sound.

Bucket List - A Hike

Aspen grove has a lovely little place to stop with several trails. We didn't actually hike anything, except Andrew took the boys a little ways down the Stuart Falls trail. I went over to the amphitheater/castle with Lily and told her some stories. She slept mostly through it.

I tried to get a family picture...
